Carlson Private Capital Partners is excited to announce the promotions of three of our extremely talented team- Emma Gergen, Lindsey Main and Stephanie Johnson.
Emma Gergen was recently promoted to Principal. Emma has played an essential role in identifying new investment opportunities, managing due diligence processes, and supporting our portfolio of companies. Earlier this year, Emma also earned a well-deserved recognition as one of MSP Business Journal's 40 under 40.
Lindsey Main has been promoted to Vice President and Stephanie Johnson has been promoted to Senior Associate. Lindsey and Stephanie are responsible for deal execution and underwriting, ongoing investment portfolio management, relationship development and developing investment themes.

Additionally, CPC has welcomed Matthew Armbrust and Michael Gilbert as Associates effective September 2021. Matthew joins CPC from Baird in Chicago, where he was part of the consumer investment banking team. Michael joins from the consumer investment banking team at Harris Williams in Minneapolis.
