Quantum Design, headquartered in San Diego, CA, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the NanoScience Division of Oxford Instruments, located in Oxfordshire, United Kingdom.
The acquisition brings together two leaders in cryogenic systems: Quantum Design’s leading physical property measurement systems and NanoScience’s ultra-low temperature cryogenics instrumentation.
