Where did you grow up? I grew up in Corcoran, Minnesota and attended Wayzata High School. Much of my childhood was spent in the pool or gym for swim and gymnastics practices, on the road for weekend meets, or at the rink cheering on my brother at hockey games. When I wasn’t at a sporting event, I loved being with family and friends and spending time up north at our cabin in Detroit Lakes.

Perfect Saturday? My perfect Saturday would start with a Solidcore class, followed by grabbing coffee and catching up with friends. I’d spend the afternoon out in the sun on the lake, then wrap up the day by either trying a new recipe or checking out a new restaurant. The evening would end around a bonfire with family and friends, making s’mores and enjoying the time together.

Favorite Quote? “Don’t limit your challenges. Challenge your limits. Believe in yourself and anything is possible.”

Early Jobs and What Did You Learn/Like Best? My early work experiences were centered around swimming — coaching, serving as a swim camp counselor, and teaching lessons, as well as working the front desk at Lifetime Fitness. These roles instilled discipline, accountability, and the ability to connect with people of all ages, while also providing early exposure to leadership and customer-facing responsibilities. I especially valued helping others build confidence, developing relationships with families, and gaining an appreciation for the importance of teamwork.
